I felt that Kathie was lovely & was very easy to talk to, I felt very reassured that I was talking to someone who has a wealth of up to date knowledge and experience. I felt she was really listening to the issues I'm dealing with and understood them, I was able to ask whatever questions I had. I also think it's great that Kathie allows patients to text or email with any questions after the consultation, and encourages them to keep her updated and doesn't charge for this. I feel so much more confident going back to my GP now to discuss HRT knowing that my GP will have Kathie's recommendations to look at.
